Shipping & Return Policy

  
 Shipping and Returns?  All orders are processed Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm excluding holidays. Orders Placed before 3:00 pm CST are usuall shipped the same day.  We do our best to get your order out as soon as possible.  All in stock items ship out in 3-5 working days.  If your order was damaged, defective or you received the wrong item you must notify us within 30 days from the date of delivery.  If you ordered a standard sized filter and you inadvertently ordered the wrong size please call or e-mail us for a product return number and shipping address.  To receive a refund or credit, you must ship the filters back to us within 30 days from the date of delivery. Filters must be unused to receive a refund or credit.

 No merchandise is to be returned without  first obtaining a return authorization number  from SM Gift Sales Inc. Any authorized return must be carefully packed, and be unmarked sellable condition  to be accepted.
All merchandise must be shipped freight pre-paid and all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.Refused shipments ar sucject to a 20% restocking fee

  All damage claims must be filed within 5 days of receipt by the consignee (customer) with the carrier. When reporting damage, be sure to hold all packing materials for inspection.
